EDG is forming Enjoy Dining Green, which will be an association of concerned and environmentally-conscious restaurant owners united to provide excellent food in a quality manner while practicing environmentally sustainable waste recycling in the form of used cooking oil to biodiesel processing. EDG recognizes that as our nation faces significant environmental and economic threats which demands focus on the benefits of using waste as a source of energy. EDG recycle waste oil and processes it into Biodiesel for the community and to help improve the environment, reduce the carbon footprint on the environment and reduce health risks.
